Art2 brings new vibrancy to downtown as The Arts Council welcomes performers of all genres to the Quigley Arts & Entertainment District this summer, along with FREE block parties, art demonstrations, local/global celebrations, and more. The district will be open from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m.
