To Qualify:
You must be 24 years and under to compete
You may submit a video to be judged on big screen or perform live on stage at The Rutledge.
Contestant may be a singer with band, or a solo artist, but judging will be based only on the singing performance, not the band
Your submission cannot be longer than 4 minutes
